On The Fringe, located in the Fox Run Clubhouse is the perfect place for meetings, receptions, celebrations, parties, or any other special event you're planning. We can help with any of your event needs. Our venue is becoming a popular reasonably priced choice, we suggest getting your dates locked in as early as possible!

On The Fringe in the Fox Run Clubhouse has a large dining room that can seat over 80 people, a full bar and lounge, full catering kitchen, outdoor patio, and the simulator room with (3) full swing golf simulators.

Our venue also offers something different for your event. As an option, provide your guests an activity that increases interaction and keeps them engaged. Participatory activities are a great way for guests to enjoy the occasion . Golf is a social activity by nature and has been shown to enhance social connections and increase interaction between different generations.

Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Rental dates, particularly for summer weekends, around the holidays, and area graduations, fill up quickly and far in advance. Once you have decided to use our facilities for your event, do not delay reserving the date .


All rates include use of the simulators and are subject to change or adjustment . (Members and returning renters etc. and will taken on a case by case basis.) Our basic rates are listed here as a starting guide, however there are many options available to customize your event. From a formal sit-down catered meal to a casual buffet or self serve setting. Bring your own prepared meal and snacks or, work with our caterers. Whatever event style you are planning, give us a call and we will help make it happen!

$200/Hr First 3 Hours - $100/Hr Each additional Hour

A fee of $50 is optional to cover set-up of tables/chairs prior to your event. You can certainly do your own setup at no cost

A fee of $50 is optional to cover take-down and cleaning.

A fee of $60 is required for use of the kitchen
